Short version: this website shows guides and advertising. The tool itself runs on your hosting, so your SEO data never reaches us. Nothing here is sold to anyone.

1. Who we are

This site is fixmyserp.com, operated by the maker of the Fix My SERP software. Contact: hello@fixmyserp.com.

2. The website you are reading

Reading a page here does not require an account and we do not ask you for anything. Our hosting keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, the page requested, the time) for security and troubleshooting; those rotate automatically.

3. Advertising cookies

We show advertising on the guide pages so the tool can stay free. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve those ads.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.
• You can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices, or for European visitors at youronlinechoices.eu.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website. We do not control those cookies and we never receive the data behind them.

4. Analytics

If analytics is switched on for this site it is Google Analytics 4, configured without advertising features. It tells us which guides get read; it does not tell us who you are.

5. The hosted app

If you create an account on app.fixmyserp.com, we store your name, email address, a hashed password, and the SEO data you put into the workspace — the sites you scan, the keywords you research and the Search Console exports you upload. That data is used to run the tool for you and for nothing else. It is never sold, never used to train anything, and never shared with advertisers. Ask us and we delete the account and everything in it.

6. The self-hosted version

When you download and install Fix My SERP on your own hosting, there is no connection to us at all. Your database is your file, on your server. We cannot see it, and the software does not phone home.

7. The Chrome extension

The extension talks to Google and to the workspace address you typed into it — nothing else. It has no server of its own and we never receive your data through it. Its full policy is here.

8. Children

This is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fixmyserp.com and we will answer within 30 days.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the change is described here.
