1. The software
Fix My SERP is provided free of charge, as-is, without warranty of any kind. You may install it on hosting you control, for yourself or for clients, and you may modify it. You may not resell it as your own product.
2. The hosted version
Accounts on app.fixmyserp.com are free while it is in its current form. We may introduce paid tiers for heavier use; if we do, existing free accounts get notice before anything changes. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack other sites, to scrape at a volume that harms third parties, or to break the law.
3. What you are responsible for
- Only scanning and publishing to websites you own or have permission to work on.
- Your own backups — for the self-hosted version we have no copy of your data.
- Following the terms of the services you connect: Google Search Console, Google Site Kit, Microsoft Clarity, WordPress, and any platform you share links on.
4. No ranking promises
The tool analyses data and suggests changes. Search rankings are decided by search engines, not by us, and no honest SEO tool can guarantee a position. Nothing here is a guarantee of traffic or revenue.
5. Third-party services
Google, Microsoft, WordPress and the other services the tool can connect to have their own terms and their own availability. If one of them changes an API or a policy, parts of the tool may stop working until it is updated.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost traffic, lost revenue, lost data or any indirect damage arising from using the software or the site. It is free software; run backups and check what it does before you publish.
